  • Which locations does Mobile Repairs Pro cover?
    Mobile Repairs Pro offers two types of repair services. Our mail-in repairs where you can accept repairs nationally. However, due to our high standards of service, our Onsite repairs: where we come to you and fix your device at your desired location are currently limited to London and it’s surrounding areas.
  • What warranty do you offer?
    Mobile repairs Pro offers a 12 month warranty on most of our repairs providing your phone has not previously had water damage subject to Ts&Cs. However, Some of our products are covered by our warranty services from None to Lifetime. Please visit our terms & conditions page or call us on 08000 1414 41 for further details.
  • What services does Mobile Repairs Pro offer and how long do they take?
    Mobile Repairs Pro offers two main services:- On Site repairs, these are mainly for iPhones and a small number of other android devices. You simply choose your device and book your required repair, click the Onsite repair option at the check-out. Once your order is complete, we will call you to arrange a suitable time for one of our engineers to attend at your desired location to conduct the repair. Typically, repairs take between 20-30minutes to complete. What’s great is that you only pay once your device has been fixed and you are completely satisfied. Mail in repairs applies to all our device options and is where you send the device to us. We will fix it and send it back to you in the same day it arrives. We only send devices back to you using a recorded, insured and secured delivery. To choose our Mail In repair services, simply choose your device and the relevant repair and click the mail in repair option at the check-out. Once you have completed your order, you will receive instruction on how to mail in your device to us.
  • How does your no fix, no fee policy work?"
    Mobile repairs pro offers a no-fix no fee service. This means that if we are unable to fix your device we will not charge you anything*. In the case of Mail in repairs, we will refund you the repair cost, you would simply need to pay for our mailing fee. *Our no-fix, the no-fee policy does not cover water-damaged devices.
